Day care capacity and working mothers

At the international seminar of the Vienna based European Centre, Agota Scharle summarised the findings of two studies on family policy and female labour supply. Both studies point to the scandinavian example as a way to increase maternal employment without reducing fertility through supporting work/family reconciliation.
